30 point quality checks & 15 point temperature checks

The Freshness of the seafood is determined by how well the raw material is handled.

ICS assess the condition in which the product was procured, processed, packed and stored.

In addition to the samples chosen, the whole lot and cargo is inspected to see if anything out of the ordinary which should be mentioned.

Weight & measure , Glaze % , Soaking% , Additives , Salt% , Appearance, Packaging, Cartons, Artwork are all checked by Inspectors & Surveyers of ICS.
